Common questions.

Is there a fee for a service visit?

Yes. A service fee covers the visit and diagnosis. We quote the repair separately before starting. Call for current rates.

How do estimates work for larger jobs?

We visit the site, discuss the work and provide a written estimate within two business days. Plans and equipment details help us put together an accurate quote.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We pull the required electrical permits and schedule inspections.

Can you work around our business hours?

Yes. Early starts and evening work can be arranged. We plan access and any power shutdowns with you before the job.

Will an EV charger need a panel upgrade?

Not always. We check your existing capacity first. Depending on the installation, a lower charger setting or load management may avoid an upgrade.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We are licensed, bonded and insured. Our Washington electrical contractor license is SIGNAES767M5. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
